Being a perfumer is first and foremost about knowing how to smell the air of the time. Every year, we choose a current topic and create a series of skin and ambiance perfumes, in order to express our expertise and creativity.<\/em><\/p>\nThe CINQUI\u00c8ME SENS team<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

SET IN THE BITS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


The crunchy grass rustles under your feet,
Sports items are arranged here and there.
Yet a smell takes over the room...<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n


The green rectangle<\/strong> is an ambient fragrance that takes us into a football field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hespirid notes evoke the dynamism of football, an intense collective sport that imposes significant changes in rhythm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The green facet of the perfume represents the lawn on which the players express all their talent and bring strong emotions to the spectators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the leather facet refers to the ball that circulates throughout the field, from one player to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before entering the gym, sprinkle some scented talcum powder on your hands.<\/strong> Does this gesture remind you of anything?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


In my childhood, I danced intensively to classical and modern jazz. I was hopelessly drawn to a small wooden square on the floor. It was filled with a resin: colophony. I watched the older dancers wearing pointed tips carefully applying it.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For my part, I valiantly dipped my two feet in this resin in slippers, with the firm intention of being able to dance with pointe shoes one day! This represented the ultimate consecration<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The smell of sports is for me that of colophane. It brings me back to beautiful memories where the efforts allowed me to express myself and gain confidence: from the gym to the stage!<\/em>

In the premises of Cinqui\u00e8me Sens, a room was specially decorated in honor of our Sport Week, with the participation of two artists: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Val\u00e9rie QUERUAU LAMERIE<\/strong> <\/em>She offers the lightness of her wire dancers. A living sculptor, she uses what nourishes her to convey a consciousness. She uses movement and light to animate her works and draws from what touches her, the emotions that give life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The photographer Enzo ZEYLSTRA<\/strong> They capture the body and its movement, the emotions they convey, which they sweat despite themselves.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

THE GREAT JUMP \u2013 The throw<\/em><\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m tight-fitting in my tights, a little too glittery to my taste; a little too made-up too\u2026 Anyway, those are the codes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My competitor\u2019s music resonates; in a few minutes, it\u2019s mine.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel like I\u2019ve forgotten everything; the adrenaline is coursing through my veins, pulsing through my body, and making my legs tingly. I need them, after all. I\u2019ve trained too hard to lose them now.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I close my eyes one last time and recall the sequence. It\u2019s no longer my brain that drives me, but my past sensations, the memory of my body in space: my proprioception.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hear my blades crunching on the ice, the exact sound they must produce at every turn, every intersection. I feel the strength of my thighs as I accelerate, the pressure of the wind on my face indicating the right speed to take off and finally jump!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing matters anymore, I\u2019m going into the ice!

The emotional bond between a rider and her horse. Bound together in the face of obstacles and adversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isabelle<\/strong> He wanted to represent the very special bond that is established between a rider and his mount, especially his daughter Marion and her horse Illebo.
A unique relationship, which is put to the test during competitions and which is built day by day.
Respect, complicity, fusion. When the muscle and strength of the horse are the extension of the rider\u2019s conviction.
A powerful sense of balance and harmony represented in a perfume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victory is a relief. But before that there was: the repeated training sessions, the many failures, the physical and even moral pain when mental strength has to take precedence over the strength of an exhausted body. The matches that last for hours, the sweat, and the care provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alice<\/strong> He wanted to translate the multiple efforts into his creation. To draw from the deepest part of himself, to anchor himself in a team, to overcome his fears, and to rebuild: resilience as a new beginning.

A great walker, Maureen wanted to recount the sensations of the journey along the GR G1, a sporting circuit for experienced hikers in Guadeloupe. A journey through the lush Basse-Terre along the ridge line in the National Park. A departure from Vieux-Fort in the south of the island, to end on the beach of Amandiers in Sainte-Rose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This 2.5 kg candle was made by Rama MBAYE (Purae). <\/strong>His inspiration stems from a reflection conducted around the flame in general, and the Olympic flame in particular. Through a play of transparencies, the wax reveals its colors, echoing the inner strength that propels the athlete towards transcendence and self-overcoming.<\/em>

Laurence Aguerre<\/strong> Around this candle, he has created a joyful and sparkling display that celebrates all the victories and the spirit of celebration of the great events that bring people together. A tribute to hearts that beat, eyes that sparkle and life that vibrates.<\/em>
