Anyone for whom olfaction is a professional tool and who wishes to improve their knowledge of raw materials: producers, sellers and buyers of raw materials, evaluators, sensory analysts, trainers, laboratory teams, quality control or R&D teams, professionals in the gastronomy industry.

- Master the French language. For English training, contact us.
- Without anosmia.
- Having completed the Expertise in Perfume Technique training and wishing to continue their apprenticeship.
Training Program
Les thèmes abordés
When olfaction is part of your job, distinguishing materials and naming their nuances is essential. You deepen their olfactory and cultural characteristics, for 48 materials per theme. These references refine your descriptions and your interactions with colleagues, clients, or suppliers.
Herbs and aromatic plants: citrus fruits, grassy notes, lavender, aniseed, mint and lemon notes.
Fruity, flowery, woody and spicy ingredients.
Background notes: gourmand, musky, amber and powdery.
Additional notes: green, marine, amber and aldehyde notes.
Comment se déroule la formation
The training devotes 75% of its time to olfactory practice and 25% to theoretical input. The sessions take place in a classroom. For a request for a private course via distance learning, please contact us.
